I would like to add to the above by saying we had also had a fantastic experience selling our property with No-Flies. Tony and Brendan are total professionals and have actually restored our faith in estate agents again. They were always quick to respond to whatever questions, were excellent communicators throughout the process, and they achieved the price we wanted for our property. We have just completed and they made the process smooth and as hassle free as it can be. Would thoroughly recommend anyone who wants experienced, smart and excellent estate agents selling or letting their property.

I would like to leave a recommendation for Alfie. He did an end of tenancy clean for us on a three bedroom flat including appliances. We are landlords so he collected the keys from our estate agent and sent before and after photos, keeping us updated throughout. I would like to recommend Paul at Knight & Sons. We are currently living in Australia and needed our flat cleared of a load of stuff including furniture. Paul was really quick to respond to my enquiry and was an excellent communicator throughout, providing total reassurance the job would be done quickly and well. On the day he made sure to call me to confirm everything had gone to plan. He provided a reasonable rate compared to other quotes and also has an arrangement with Bexley Council temporary accommodation team to reuse items that can be useful for tenants which was great know that things weren't going to landfill where they could be reused. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a house cleared.

We would also like to recommend Dave, he has just decorated our loft bedroom and bathroom and completely transformed a knackered old sash bay window to its former glory. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable price with all the works completed on time. Great communicator so you know what is going on, we're already booking him again when he's next available, thanks Dave :)
