  8. They would be sent from a bank account in the States. Got the quote today. Checked with my other bank, TSB, and they quoted $1.29.
  9. I have already checked with my bank, they are quoting $1.31, with a charge to me of between ?6-?8, depending on whether they come through in sterling or $$. Anyone have more experience of this? Thank you.
