I am frequently shocked at the prices for vegetables and fruit in Sainsbury's compared to Lidl stores. I shop around when I can.

I looked up the dyson hand helds and wondered if the Animal one is worth the Higher price? The other one has a boost facility, which I presume would be good for animal hair.

I like how American diners/cafes offer soup and sandwich, either a cup or a bowl of soup, plus a sandwich or sometimes half a sandwich. Don't understand why more places don't do that here, but I guess it would be less profitable. My mum used to give us soup and sandwiches on Sunday evenings in front of the TV.

Local vets often have puppy class details and you could meet someone that way.

James Barber said there was an exemption for some people, would love to know more about it Barnet Council did two free collections a year, one in January. They provided skips nearby for a day or two and let residents know.

I have two mortice locks, plus one Yale on my front door. Every place I have ever lived has required for insurance purposes a five lever mortise on final exit doors. Yale only will invalidate your insurance. On back door, I have a mortice lock, two key operated locks at top,and bottom, plus a metal door over the other door.
