  1. Yes I am in for collective action, already emailing southwark and the police daily/weekly but this matter may only get worse b4 it gets better with the summer holidays looming..and more noise / antisocial behaviour,, rachp Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > My kids are getting back to school/nursery this > week so I will have aome time to put into doing > something on this which goes beyond frustrated > posts here and to the council. 3. It certainly is...Police have been called and attended but they just give advice to the groups to keep noise down, we have tried to contact anyone involved in Dawson Hill Trust but no working contacts.. just pray the situation resolves.. mary123 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > The noise can't be avoided unfortunately as hours > into early hours, making sleep and rest for nearby > residents impossible, the rubbish left over on the > hill is crazy, local residents of the area are > going to the hill early doors to tidy and fill X2 > refuge bags to help out Southwark council but I > don't think it's helping the problem of this > behaviour.
  4. Dulwich Nature Reserve been left with loads of rubbish from overnight reverllers
  5. The noise can't be avoided unfortunately as hours into early hours, making sleep and rest for nearby residents impossible, the rubbish left over on the hill is crazy, local residents of the area are going to the hill early doors to tidy and fill X2 refuge bags to help out Southwark council but I don't think it's helping the problem of this behaviour.
  6. Dawson's Hill..Nature Reserve
  7. Large group, making noise at the moment, no doubt they will be there several hours yet, they can be heard through closed windows, have contacted the M.P, reported it to Southwark noise control they say the team are not going out in lockdown, reported to Police,. Let's see, basically large groups are partying on the hill everynight, playing loud music, I saw a worker fill 2 bags of rubbish left on the hill from people's overnight parties, any ideas who else to call to report this, would think, as the hill as nature reserve status it should have some kind of no drinking policy/ playing loud music??
  8. Dawson Hill is a public area and not linked to Dawson Heights estate, it runs parallel along My Addon Park and Dunstons Road
  9. Dawson Hill has become a hangout area for large groups, making lots of noise and playing music, really becoming a disturbance ,,they are on the hill all day and through the night, the hill and area has become a dumping ground for loads of rubbish,, does anyone know if area is patrolled and what can be done regarding noise control.?
  10. No news yet Annie, there was just a global email sent out about information but I have not had any notifications, shame the app seems hard/confusing to follow..
  11. Ok I think I have done this cannot see any messages or data, I suppose I just wait??
  12. Anyone signed up for this programme and using the app, need some pointers to use the app and get to the tasks for help in local area.
  13. We booked a table for our 1st Xmas lunch away from home, food and staff were great, fresh bread, olives, ravioli, pumpkin soup for starters , choice of mains, followed by cheese board & chocolate pudding, yummy yummy.
  14. Great..have checked these 2 roads out
  15. Great suggestions. Thanks
  16. Anyone know of pantomime or Xmas show locally or not too far been held on boxing day.
  17. A local group not attached to meet up would be cool,,I went to everyman in Crystal palace the other night, it is a lovely cinema, not one I would usually choose but going to local places with new friends sounds great.
  18. Is there any particular houses/ area that is worth heading to in the local area/s for some festive cheer
  19. I have booked ROCCA but they don't have details online,, I will pop in tomorrow to get a firmer idea of menu..
  20. What is M&B....Crown & Greyhound?
  21. I would be up for this, be nice to meet up with nice people in the local area, i seem to spend my life on and off trains and the motorway to meet up..
  22. I have been checking all the local places, pretty full up, the Plough had a table for 12 or 12:30 too early for us.. We are still looking/ hoping for Xmas day?? For lunch out, not an easy task, gotta have traditional Xmas options in there..
  23. It does seem to vary 're customer and driver expectations to deliver goods inside after reading your comments on here, my kitchen is located via 2 small flight of stairs. Tesco official response. We take health & safety of our drivers seriously, where delivery to the door or kitchen would mean going up a few flight if stairs, we only deliver to the main door. I am resistant in paying extra or tipping the driver to bring the goods to my kitchen after paying a delivery charge... Umm food for thought.
  24. It certainly sounds worth trialling orders from all of them to compare, I went for Tesco because of cost...I will have a look at Ocardo as mentioned previously, see which companies are best for delivery options and cost..
  25. Is there a local person/ business that can advise on makeup/techniques to cover scars by the eyes and bruising.
