Kenro Press (Empty shop) - Forest Hill Road
bilksy replied to radnrach's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Hi all, My partner and I are the new owners of the shop. We have known and admired it for many years, and thought it would be an amazing place for us to live. It has been left empty and has been neglected for a very long time. So there is a lot of work to be done. We plan to fully restore the shop front, all original features and fix all the issues the building has. And turn it into our home. Really excited for it all to begin. : ) If you have any questions please feel free to private message me. thanks -
This is a pool table, not a snooker table. The closest place I found was Qstix in Catford or the one in Deptford called shades (not been to that one). One more which is quite convenient is to get the train from denmark hill into kings cross, and just by the station is the Hurricane club. If anyone knows one that is even closer please let us know. Thanks

I think the whole restaurant needed work - was quite dated and depressing to be in. The food wasn't good - not compared to some of the great turkish restaurants elsewhere (especially green lanes)

Pan, thanks arranging this evening. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Look forward to the next one.

Hi Pan. Sounds good - I think the best place will be the castle. They have quite a large area at the back away from the bar that is empty usually with lots of table space. Rob should be fine with it and more then happy for us to play. I think they have Poker on a monday so maybe Tuesday is good. also the most affordable pub of east dulwich. failing that, the plough also has lots of table space. I will let you decide the plans though. Thanks

This is great. I play regularly with a friend in dulwich. Also play in a few meet ups/online but would be great to also have a local club here.

Pret A Manger coming to East Dulwich! (Now open)
bilksy replied to KateFord's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I like pret, the food I think is great and gives another option. Doesn?t mean people won?t use or support the independents. There are much worse chains?.. -
Hi everyone My car was damaged on landells road by a young male, sitting on their saddle incorrectly, rolling down the pavement and falling off their bike into my car. This was all caught on camera. Friday 15th - 11pm Before I get the police involved and post the videos here to find out who you are please get in touch, if any of your mates who found it funny wishes to pass the message on or let me know your details that would be most helpful Thanks

Road currently blocked by the zebra crossing
bilksy replied to sweetgirl's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Sadly I got the impression that I don?t think the person they were treating had made it, a family member or friend was being comforted by an officer. Feel for the family and friends if it is not good news. I do hope it is good and wish whoever it was well. Does anyone knows what happened? -

The plough also does a good one. I have also enjoyed ones at great exhibition and Watson?s general telegraph. -

Then come 7pm/8pm the road clears out > when the commuters go home. Shouldn't it just be enforced to those around the station as I what I have read and heard its mostly the roads surrounding EDS. Should this be up to what the majority want? or does this get approved on someones decision? I certainly think businesses will be effected by this. -
