Great addition to the high street. Area is really improving since I moved here 3 years ago! Bring it on!

It is going to be a Marks. Shame really as I would have preferred a Waitrose, but I guess you can't have everything in life.

It is fine if the independent shops are decent quality. What is not good is if you have a high street full of charity shops.

Yes I am sure. And it was decent clothes shops, not bars and restaurants, that I thought the street could do with.

There are too many charity shops on the Lane anyway. Time for some decent clothes shops to move with the times. Also, it will mean more business for the other charity shops nearby (of which there are plenty to choose from!). Any idea what's going in the unit?
