As above, really. Need to stop using the pandemic as an excuse and find my way back to something resembling a gentle jog! Always nice to have a motivation buddy (or several), especially given the attention you can get doing any kind of exercise alone in a public space! I?m just by Dulwich wood, which is great for a trail route, but can get to Dulwich Park pretty easily too. Would need to start slowwww, so was thinking maybe couch to 5k or some longer walks? I?m in my 30s, with a slightly dodgy ankle, and an ability to chatter about almost anything when not totally out of breath. PM if interested :) Bella
