  1. Application seems to have been withdrawn....
  2. Hello - I saw a cat who maybe looked like murphy on sunday morning in our garden on silvester rd - quite small, lots of chat? I was trying to get my cat monty in and the other cat wanted to come too....so sorry have not seen him since though...
  3. I'll join too!! My 6 month kittens are starting to brave the world of silvester/whately road back gardens and I'm SCARED for them!
  4. Oh - my box and bag have disappeared too after being collected a day late. Brown bins also scattered all over the place - mine was empty to start with but still out near next door. WHY??!
  5. You don't have to order turkeys at William Rose though - I was too late last year but just turned up 8am on the 23rd dec and they had loads for regular sale......
  6. lasko beer from slovenia...but i can't find it in london.... (if you know where to get it actually don't tell me or I will be forced into 'hazardous' drinking)
  7. right you got me i'm comin'. laters!
  8. umm...when you meet do you use real names or forum names...or both....?? sorry is that a totally stupid question?!!!
  9. I'm scared too but am thinking of coming and bring mr snowboarder who doesn't have time for the forum.....poor thing. Might watch who goes up from quiet corner downstairs!
  10. I really MIGHT pay that if there was a pool, loads of classes all included, nice and big, maybe with cafe etc - like the amida place in Beckenham. Would need to be very lovely though - towels included, molton brown toiletries etc.! It's a lot more than most city gyms - the cottons fitness first at London Bridge is I think about ?60 - if that, and has a pool and squash courts too.
  11. (Does belated internet search) ooh Brockwell gym looks nice! I used to be a member at JAGS and thought it was awful - all cold and school changing room like and a horrible man in charge and nightmare car park. Brockwell looks pretty good value I think especially if pool rumour is true. Feel quite excited - I am endlessly on the search for a good local gym.
  12. Gosh...ES physical place is expensive isn't it...that's more than i used to pay at Holmes Place and nearly as much as the posh amida place in Beckenham.....and that does couple memberships so actually cheaper. It better be nice...but it's not going to have a pool or anything is it? Hmm.
  13. We've now had FOUR letters from them through our door. Strangely it's coincided with our car wing mirrors being nicked. No link of course. Just lots of unpleasant things all at once.
  14. Yep - sisters Molly and Meredith have now been with us a week and are definitely keeping each other company (and encouraging each other into trouble!).
  15. well my door is on cyrena road but that's not my address...are there no houses with cyrena road as part of the address?
  16. Oh yes I see it on Ocado....do you think I can just order it on its own?!
  17. where is guiness flavour on sale please?? It sounds amazing...
  18. Marmite and philadelphia with pasta is pretty good. Especially after a couple of beers.... Or the cheese and marmite paninis from starbucks.....
  19. hello - I have had one really lovely experience at green and blue, and one not so good - which is not surprising I suppose as it's very popular. Just to say it's not that amazing! Staff were nice though both times...
  20. Sunday. Have now discovered a whole new world of online pet retailing to distract me at work!
  21. Thankyou - I think I'm edging towards having 2! Can't wait. Will post a picture because they are SO cute. cheers.
  22. Thank you that sounds nice and convenient! Ant I saw your kitten pics - does she have a name yet?
  23. OK it's a bit of a dilemma. Maybe 2 is good after all. Does anyone have any experience of local vets for jabs etc.?
  24. Really? Not lonely then. Suppose 2 might gang up on us....
  25. Hello! There seems to be a huge number of cat owners on here - I just want a bit of advice please! We have bought our first kitten, and she's coming to live with us next weekend.....but some people have told me we should have bought 2 (she is from a litter of 5 so this is not out of the question) so that she will not be lonely whilst we are out at work. I can see this.....should I get 2?? Any advice would be great - also advice on local vets etc. Thanks so much. I will post a piccy of the lovely kitten when we get ther home in return!
