    Frog 73 child’s bike £150 For sale is a bright red ‘Frog 73’ child’s bike that we bought brand new from Bon Velo in Herne Hill in 2020 for our kids (then 12 and 10) who have both used it and now grown out of it. It is a great lightweight bike. They cost £475 new. Specification · Lightweight 26-inch geared kids’ bike that is easy to handle · FrogFit Technology® youth-specific 8-speed gear shifters for easy gear change · Small, easy-to-reach brake levers for better control and improved rider confidence · Patented Frog cranks for more effortless pedalling, increasing efficiency and comfort · Reflectors, mudguard and bell included · Suitable for 12 to 14 years with a recommended inside leg of 67cm-81cm · Quick-release saddle · Bell · Water bottle holder Condition It cycle’s well, the tyres are good and it is in good condition generally. Main things to note are that the one of the rubber handles is a bit scuffed, there are a few marks/chips on the frame and that the front brake pads need replacing. You are welcome to view it – SE21.

    The kitchen island, colourful basket and lamp have been taken. But we have lots of cardboard boxes and the boden glass tea pot if anyone is interested.

    Please see photo of the island in its current condition. It’s in good working order with some wear on the top. We’ve just sanded the top. It will need an oil or paint. We also have lots of cardboard boxes, Boden tea pot, pin board, lamp and colourful storage basket going free.

    Free: Yamaha keyboard with stand Yamaha PSR 300 From 1980s. Much loved childhood keyboard which unfortunately has some issues with the sound. We don’t know if this can be repaired but are offering it here in case anyone can repair it and enjoy it again. Stand is sturdy and foldable. We don’t have a cable for it. Pick up for SE21, Dulwich Village.

    Dulwich Hamlet Junior School breakfast and after school care take children from DVIS. My kids went there when at DVIS and the Hamlet. The Hamlet staff drop off and pick up at DVIS. Good luck!

    I really feel for you. We got cream from the doctors for our daughter. But I found Salcura to be the best. They have a kids range. www.salcuraskincare.com Do you have any pets? A cat? After what felt like a very long time the doctor finally agreed to a blood test at kings. But by the time the results came back I had realised that it was a cat allergy. Can't believe it took me so long to work it out!! But with eczema you can feel like you are going round in circles. Good luck

    Is anyone considering Canterbury in Kent? It's where I grew up. lots going on with a yearly festival, a newly refurbished theatre (the marlowe), a mainstream cinema and 'cinema 3' for more independent films up at the university.... it's surrounded by lovely kent countryside, great for getting out for walks... and there is now a high speed train to St Pancras. It's a long time since I lived there so maybe people have other Canterbury recommendations/ thoughts, but my one big memory is my mum picking us up from primary school in the summer and taking us to the beach (lovely sandy beaches on the North Kent coast)... bliss!     Hi Would you consider working in an admin role in a school? often these roles are term time only which can work well for parents. And perhaps finding employment that is local to you is of interest. Check out the southwark and other borough websites for job vacancies in schools. For some secondary schools/ academies/ private schools check out their own websites. the women like us website/ agency seems really good and sounds like you are doing all the right things, especially the networking. i found that telling all my friends that i was looking for employment was really helpful.     Hello, Have you heard of this website: www.womenlikeus.org.uk They have a job board advertising part time/ flexible jobs and are specifically geared towards women returning to work. It's really tough at the moment.... sending you lots of good luck with your job search!

    Hi Our son was given a Sony ZS-E5... when he was 2 by a relative which was way too young! we put it in a cupboard and have just got it out now that he is 4. he can use it fine now. it has big buttons that are easy to press and an easy to open cd cover. it's portable with a big handle ... its quite small. it also has a radio. hope this helps!

    what about making a photo book using one of the online book sites like www.blurb.com you can make personal books using old family photos and memories.

    Does she like art/ crafts? If so, what about a painting/ piece of art/ something handmade by a local artist/ craftsperson? There are often local craft fairs around christmas time. Also lots of artists/ craftspeople will take commissions so you can commission a piece of art that will be specific to your mum (includes her name or a place she especially likes etc...)
