Missed last week (filled in the form then) and missed again this week. Have filled in a form again! -
Melbourne Grove South CPZ consultation
Northern Star replied to first mate's topic in Roads & Transport
Regarding being unable to submit the survey; I wrote to highways who said they would be looking into it. Today I was able to submit using a laptop (rather than my iPhone which didn’t work for some reason!) -
Melbourne Grove South CPZ consultation

I can’t submit online. I keep getting the circle of doom. Will email highways. -
Another recommendation for Niko. Always our go to plumber. Efficient, friendly and trustworthy. Fixed an issue with a toilet this week. He has done various jobs for us over the years.

Traffic around Forest hill and Honor oak
Northern Star replied to mattoutofhell's topic in Roads & Transport
Unfortunately Kirkdale has been shut too (last tried this weekend so may have reopened). This further exacerbates the congestion. -
https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org You could try Albrighton community fridge? There are opening hours and phone number (at the bottom) of the webpage

Hi We used to buy shoes from Clark’s when our children were at nursery and in the first few years of primary school. May be worth a look?

Goldilocks - it?s amazing that school holidays has such an impact on traffic, but I guess makes sense as less school drop off and parents also not going to work. It?s a shame though for the other two locations on EDG that traffic is up in general. I live outside of the affected zone but sometimes bike (and drive) through the village and biked on EDG yesterday. EDG wasn?t a pleasant biking experience for me. > > @Mrs D- the date of the January 2019 count > included some days when the indi schools were > still on Xmas holiday so the number would have > been artificially deflated compared to average. > The September 2019 number is the end of September > so its normal term time traffic. > > The fact that the comparison is September 2021 > isn't fully helpful as the fuel crisis was > starting to be felt at that point, and the January > is after work from home but still quite close, so > would still love to see the October / Nov / Dec > data but if its in line with the other points then > its interesting that traffic has decreased so > substantially on that central section of East > Dulwich Grove.

Regarding East Dulwich Grove central count - previous council reports have pointed out that the September 19 count from a ?comparable location? looked a bit low compared to the same ?comparable location? in January 19 and therefore they used the January 19 data instead to be more conservative. I don?t know where the comparable location is (presumably close?) and why was there such big swing in the count between January and September 19?.

Hi Legal. Yes it must have been deleted from this thread and I agree it was relevant to the LTNs (and wider discussion re travel, pollution etc). legalalien Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Did my post earlier this morning about the council > report on the environmental t scrutiny commission > recommendations get deleted by admin? Another recommendation for Nico who installed a washing machine at short notice, as we were unfortunately let down by someone else! Nico?s number is 07818607583.

Thanks for that Jenijenjen (I forgot Townley!). But I presume if you turn left from Townley on to EDG - that traffic count has increased as Calton is closed?
-
I am confused Goldilocks. If I look at the traffic flow data, both East Dulwich Grove South and East are showing an increase (I think?) but not East Dulwich Grove Central(eg the middle bit). So what happens between ?East? and ?Central??? Where do the cars come from and disappear to? I don?t live near this road or the other closed ones, I am just interested to understand the impact of the closures.

Edited to say I found the data!

Hi James. To clarify: I meant the raw data. And what is your view on it not being released? (As it doesn?t look like it has been?) -

James, thanks that?s great they will share the underlying raw data. Do you know where data has been published to date please? (Sorry I can?t find it!) -

Hi James Do you know why the council is refusing to release the data from the Dulwich LTN review even though they promised they would do? What?s your view on the transparency of the decision making which has such a big impact on the community you represent? Thanks -
Still open. Just says to respond by 27th. legalalien Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > is the deadline midnight today or has it passed? > was planning to respond but got busy.. could do > it tonight if responses still open.

Has the data from monitoring on Underhill been added? I can?t see it but may have missed it?
