  1. Rahrah why don't you getting the honesty ball rolling tell us about how your car journey you boasted about the other day was essential? 2. Did they put down new tarmac when they did the zebra crossing a few weeks ago?!
  3. Duke, the council and the mayor b8th think these points have all been addressed now which is why the application will pass. If any energy is to be spent now to stop this, it wpuld best be spent crowd funding a judicial review of the imminent decision in favour of meadow.
  4. Some people are just ****s
  5. Given the government's announcement today that we should all be using public transport as per normal and get back to business as usual as soon as possible it's time the council ended these farcical "covid" related schemes instantly.
  6. Are you vetting the people signing up to be ?buddies??
  7. I know James is new to this and hasn't spent much time here so may not be aware of the historical issues, but surely Charlie Smith could have told him that tfl won't countenance traffi2c lights on that junction

  9. What I don't understand is why the council are using that platform for these surveys instead of their in house respurces. The company behind it is backed by private equity funds. That's not very labour like
  10. Anyway, all these discussions are moot. The council will rubber stamp this without a second thought. It's what happens then that will be interesting to watch.
  11. If this application is rejected (as previous efforts have been)it would finally be clear that there is no prospect of building houses on the football pitch or new football stadium terraces and fencing on MOL. The current football stadium site (with its sporting use covenant) will then have absolutely no value to a property developer. It would be worthless to anyone except a football club
  12. I'm struggling to imagine what kind of essential journey you must have been making at that time in that direction rahrah.
  13. This thread does seem to be in the wrong place.
  14. I sincerely doubt the club's future will be secured by this. It wouldn't surprise me at all if in five years time there is no dulwich hamlet fc and it is replaced with a planning application to convert the disused stadium into rabbit hutch housing units.

  16. They'll be back!! How many "look at me" cheese on toast shops do they even have in places called "Wales" or "Devon" anyway?
  17. who cares who they are for, it's gross hypocrisy
  18. The council can;t possibly care about walking to schools because a significant number of their schools have on site car parking.
  19. It would be amazing if they did takeaway fish and chips.
  20. Maria's Tapas was already open on Saturday
  21. They should listen to One Dulwich. 900 votes would be more than enough to oust all of the councillors in Dulwich Village and Goose Green combined.
  22. I assume this is a done deal. Shame for the green dale playing fields which have been a lifesaver for many local families over the last few months. I do wonder if the football club will still be in existence by the time the new tower blocks and stadium are built
  23. Again cycling is the only answer in your mind. It's utterly impractical for very large numbers of people and no one has an alternative
  24. I guess you live alone
  25. It was very good. I had some particularly good battered cod (cheeks I think) with curry sauce and chips there!
