  4. That was a bit odd wasn?t it? I mean how severe was it?
  5. During lockdown I have bashed down my front garden wall with a sledgehammer and made a car parking space for my Saab 95 estate. Should I reverse rear end in or just go straight in front ways?

I also have webcams on the front and rear of my house so I can monitor comings and goings on my street, such as Amazon deliveries, and take-out food deliveries.

  10. No. What I?ve done to monitor their usage of the loft is to install in my loft space a ?Mr Beams? motion sensitive light directed toward the (small) hole in the party wall, then if they go in the loft, the light is triggered and that is then picked by my light sensitive webcam in my loft space and I get an app alert on my iPhone 6s. I haven?t had any app alerts since I installed the system 2 weeks ago, so I know they don?t use their loft.
  11. I?ve removed a few bricks from the party wall with next door, and noticed they don?t seem to use their loft - I don?t see them going in there and there?s only a few boxes of junk in there, some suitcases, chairs, and Christmas decorations. I regularly go in my own loft as it?s been converted to an en-suite bedroom. As they don?t similarly use theirs I was wondering if I went in there and started using it regularly for extra storage if in a few years I could claim it as my own additional loft via adverse possession?
  12. They just ate the ham (previously gammon) for Christmas Eve - it looked very nice.
  13. Yes, will cook the gammon at home and then bring the cooked ham with us there.
  14. Great thank you, so I see that it becomes ham after cooking - thank you.
  15. For Christmas we are going to Herefordshire and we've been asked to bring a ham with us. My wife is vegan and I'm vegetarian. Advice from meat people please: If we bought a free range gammon joint and cooked it would then be ham? Asking because not sure you can buy a free range joint of ham in supermarkets? Sensible answers only please. Thank you.
