Afraid I am not willing to pay ?50 for an item I will wear for no longer than 1 week! 14. Well I think that both Moxons and WR are fab, Sat nights dinner with ingrediants from both was amazing Chorizo with clams and purple-sprouting broccoli http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2009/feb/07/shellfish-pork-recipes-hugh-fearnley
  15. The key place to target with this petition is King's College Hospital, this will have a hugh effect on staff, patients, visitors and students.
  16. I actually have a standard size cotton bag 38X43 at my desk at the moment and the real problem with these is they actually don't hold that much, ideal for flat things like bottles (I have found this one holds 3 bottles of wine!) but once you start putting in veg or odd shaped things they fill up very quickly. If these are the favoured options then I would go for the one with the extra side panels, but of course cost does need to be taken into account!
  17. Monica, these look great..Think canvas is probably a bit stronger than the cotton and as a female foodie I'm inclined towards the shopper with the longer handles (holds more and can also go over the shoulder). S
  18. Fantastic movie and great organisation, well done Cinema Paradiso!
  19. Dear Monica, yes link that Richard provided works fine www.southwark.gov.uk/cleanergreenersafer I have downloaded a pdf of the application and can email to you?
  20. Dear Monica, I am very keen to get involved with this initiative and would be happy to meet to help with the application to the council and getting the scheme off the ground, please email me. Lordship Lane I feel has the right mix of shops and concerned locals to make this work. Every year, an estimated 17? billion plastic bags are given away by supermarkets. This is equivalent to over 290 bags for every person in the UK?we have to start somewhere...
