  8. Hi Just looking for some feedback on waiting lists for primary school places. I appreciate there are lots of factors involved and noone can say for sure what will happen, but just wanted to get an idea of what our chances are based on previous years. We are now 16th on the waiting list for St Johns & Clements (our 1st choice and nearest school) have dropped from 12th place last week : (( Jusy wondered has anyone managed to get a place so far down the list in previous years or should we just accept its not going to happen and move on Many Thanks Susan
  9. Looking to borrow some super warm ladies ski gear, jacket and trousers, for myself (size 12). Its just for a weekend skiing in late March. I dont want to invest unless my son, a first timer, takes to it. I am a non smoker and will obviously return it cleaned. Please PM me if you have any to loan Thanks Susan
  10. Dear all, as the title says looking for ski gear for my tall 4 year old boy. Have just had a look at some really cute ski gear but it all goes up to 4T only which means it would probably be no good for him next year or maybe even by March this year!. If anyone has some good quality warm gear to sell (4T or next size up) please PM me Thanks Susan

  13. I have just pressed submit and surprised that they dont ask for any proof of address, DOB or similar. Am I missing something? Thanks Susan
  14. Thanks Renata, Can I just ask If you do get a place in the lottery with JKPS do you also get offered your highest school based on catchment area? Many Thanks Susan
  15. Looking for information on JKPS. I have phoned the school numerous times and not been able to get feedback on the Q below. I know I have left it late but we are well outside the catchment area and didnt know they have a 50% random allocation so had ruled it out. 1. Random allocation - I believe 50% of places are allocated randomly via your southwark application. Does anyone know how this works? can it just be one of your 6 choices or does it have to be your No.1 choice to be entered into the draw? 2. Open days - does anyone know if they have any coming up? 3. General feedback from parents with children there - on the teaching (I believe there have been changes at the top already?), school premises, are your kids happy and learning? etc Feedback very much appreciated Susan
  16. Thanks we where also there : ))
