    I've been to orthopaedic clinic at kings a lot, id say the people in the plastering dept are always very jolly and introduce themselves, unless they are very busy.

    I think its very possible that they are being spied on by others/ fear it, and they feel they have to show loyalty if challenged.I'd just give them a wide berth.

    You would think the Dr, would do this for a small charge.sure people would pay the same as cost of pcr test for this letter.

    When it was pointed out to one cleaner, he claimed he did not know anything about it.Im afraid its this kind of culture/ attitude, not helped by Mps that will push us all backwards. I can't see these new rules sticking if they are not policed and enforced. I felt less safe in a hospital than I would in a supermarket at that time of day. Needless to say the health professionals all had masks/ visors. 🙄

    I had to attend for an early appointment today . Not one member of the cleaning staff was wearing a mask. Not one! What's the point of wiping down surfaces if you're not wearing a mask.? Some reception staff arrived, no masks as they walked through the building. It makes me lose confidence, no one to complain to, and when challenged was told that it was safer not to wear one.

    I'm just speaking from experience and advice from care homes when looking after my late father and father in law . Of course its awful.you are right. Having seen my father in law take other people's glasses while in hospital, and so many patients who are confused or with dementia it can be very disturbing. Just a warning for others.

    I would just advise anyone going into hospital to put their name labels on things like glasses and glass case, phones, chargers, false teeth cases.

    We will have to do lots of manual work in the house to keep warm or go out .Can't we.make.those static bikes generate electric somehow?

    I think that part from Greenwich to Woolwich is very busy with pedestrians at the weekend, especially the first part.

    we could all be safer by only using one headphone so we are more aware of those around us, and keeping our phone in our pocket and using the headphones/ microphone.Of course I rarely do this, apart from the one headphone.
