Spotted a Black Labrador type looking dog this evening. Red collar. Wandering up and down the path leading towards Dulwich Woods from the corner of the South Circular and Lordship Lane. The dog wouldn't come near me and crept under the fence into Streatham and Marlborough Cricket Club.
