Tony - lol, indeed it is ;) Yes it was "bundle" at my school as well. Had this argument with a mate who insisted it was "pile-on", which, I agree, is rubbish. "Pile on!" "No, after you..." "Pschaw! You're too kind..." And so on.
Ahh, but was it "bundle" or "pile-on" you used to shout as you jumped on each other in the playground... Clackers were banned from playgrounds as well as British Bulldog - all those smashed up wrists... - and I take the mickey out of them in a book I've co-authored, along with many other things retro. Not surprised to hear safe sales have gone up! Physical gold dealers are short because of demand.... People are starting to lose faith that the wheels are going to come off the 'miracle' economy and we'll have to print a ton of money and massively inflate, devaluing sterling (already happening). That appears to be the chosen solution - inflate away the staggering debts accumalated by the public and government over the past 5+ years.
