@Alice if left might have been stolen/taken by someone (peed on by a dog or fox), also there are some little things attached of - I assume - sentimental value. I hope the owner can claim them. Will leave a note indeed with info how to retrieve them, though not with a private phone number in a public space 😅 Maybe a friend of a friend will come across this post on EDF. @embob97 They do have a ring, sorry. -

We're selling ÄLVDALEN 3-seat sofa-bed with chaise longue, which we only used for three months while awaiting our furniture to be delivered from abroad. New costs £499. It's surprisingly comfortable and very easy to open/close, also comfortable to sleep on for two adults. Also very comfy to watch movies when unfolded. Please note the small cushions in the pictures don't come with it, only the three grey ones. The chaise longue part can be attached on either side, there's also storage for bedding. It's clean, in like-new condition, non-smoking house. Collection only from Nunhead (it's not very heavy). Can likely be transported in a normal car but with two trips. As many others said before avoid KFH and Pedder. The latter appeared promising at first but just as useless, in our case was clearly working for the buyer and not for us (sellers) and we lost quite a bit of money in the process. -
Weekend Construction on Dunstans Road

We have the same problem pretty much every summer with construction noise from one neighbour or another every weekend. A couple of weekends ago somebody even had a wedding reception with 30 guests and loud music in their garden on Saturday night. People are very inconsiderate of others. A couple of times we tried to get the council to help with the noise but found them rather ineffective. -
Hi there, I thought I'd post this as a warning. Last Thursday between 1.55pm and 2.05pm somebody broke into several mailboxes outside our house seemingly looking for a specific delivery. Some of the mailboxes have been permanently damaged and the guy took off with some mail. We've got CCTV so have it all recorded. Unclear if he took our mail to steal identity/-ies and/or if he had something delivered to our address. The mailboxes are just outside the building so he had a fairly easy access after forcing several of them open. He seemed to have someone waiting for him in a car (looked like a silver Vauxhall Astra) and they drove down Rye Road. We've reported it to the police so let's see if they can track them down. We are in SE15 3BE. Also, several days earlier two guys (we assume they were guys) drove past our house around 2am on a scooter looking for motorbikes to steal. We only found out as the cover on my partner's bike was removed so again we checked the CCTV. The guys uncovered the bike to see if they can cut through the locks but because my partner's bike has a rather substantial lock, they left it. Not sure if this is useful to anyone but thought I'd post it in case it is. Keep safe. MM
