I believe they value it in or around 13m and Rio only offered a measly 10m

Resurrecting this thread as I'm moving contract soon and I'm between Plusnet and Talk Talk as they have the best offers. Just wondering if people have any good/bad experience with either of these, I'm in SE22. Thanks

Anyone here use Plusnet?. Coming to the end of my BT contract and looking for a shorter duration deal going forward. BT pushing 18 months and anything below that is expensive.

Seems a little low

How do you go about proving that you have travelled in the period they have listed. I buy monthly tickets but don't have any receipts that you get from the machine when you add to your oyster

Yes it was. Sorry wasn't very clear. Didn't realise you could claim in the evening, as I believed there is no gap of 30 mins or more. So if you are claiming for 18.30, the fact there is a train at 18.51 means you are not delayed by more than 30 mins. Am i missing something?

It's an absolute farce and nothing is being done about it
-
Its a joke. Its not even worth wasting your time. I did it a week or so ago and didn't even get an email about all the journeys I had claimed for, just one email for a 3 of them.
-
I would claim but it seems like there is no way in the evening considering the trains on the revised timetable never leave a gap of more than 30 mins
-
Yes it's a bit frustrating. I decided to claim as otherwise I felt as if they were getting away with it. Seems like you can't claim for the evening trains based on their 30 min rule. Not sure if I can be bothered doing it for just the morning trains
-
So looking at revised timetable there is no train in evening that you can claim against, as you aren't waiting for more than 30 mins. Can you claim if a train is cancelled even if there is one 20 mins later? For instance 18.30 is cancelled but there is one at 18.51

Anyone know if the 17:30 train from London bridge to East dulwich has been running everyday? I was under the assumption that it was removed under new timetable, i was just about to put in my claim against that time but it seems on recenttraintimes that it has been running! Not sure which evening train I can claim on now
-
Where can you find copy of old train times to claim against does anyone know?
-
For a newbie claimer here. How do you show a receipt for monthly oyster card if you don't have the printed receipt?
-
They don't make it easy on their site either
-
Is it even worth claiming for cancelled trains? The process seems very laborious for what return? I read somewhere it was 80p. I have a monthly oyster ticket. In all fairness I should get 50% back considering this inconvenience!
