Hi guys! So I am taking part in the London Marathon next year for Alzheimers Research. I am super excited and I have already started clocking up those training miles! I am an experienced runner and would love to help someone else who is less confident or just starting get into the habit (or those who have signed up for the Marathon 2018). Whilst I do not profess to be an expert, I am running anyways, could do with the company and if I could help or encourage anyone else along the way, that would be great :) I am a regular at either Peckham Rye or Dulwich Park so if anyone would like to meet up for a run and maybe a bit of fitness inspo, please let me know!
