W've just had Andy and Steve round to put up a curtain pole and hang a mirror, after hanging a picture for me earlier this year. Such nice guys, so neat and tidy and super helpful (Andy had to saw some bits off the curtain pole and get a new fixing for it to work for us!), wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy!

Just had Andy come round to hang a picture on the wall for me - which I was struggling to find someone to do as it's just a little job. He was super personable and friendly, did the job perfectly and even gave me an option that would leave smaller holes in the wall as we're in a rented place. He charged a really fair price too. We popped into the Cherry Tree on Bank Hol Monday and I really liked it - great new layout and design, nice light and airy feel. Thought the menu looked great and reasonably priced, although we weren't able to stay for dinner. Staff all seemed really nice and friendly and the garden looks great. Another great addition to the ED pub family - thanks new Cherry Tree!

I love baking and have recently started to make my own bread - just simple white loaves, but baking it myself means I know exactly what goes into it. It also tastes great! While I work full time and don't know whether I'd have time to help bake on a regular basis, I'd be happy to see how I could help / bake a few loaves for the group. On a slightly related note, does anyone know if there is a baking group in ED? Just like minded people who share recipes/advice etc? Thanks Jo

I've been getting the bus all the way through the works at E&C and it's been fine most days (in fact buses have been only half full as I imagine people have been avoiding it!) but today was dreadful - walked to work in the City from Camberwell Green where we were advised to get off and walk. Imagine I got there before the bus I started out on! -
