I recently asked Andy to fix some plumbing issues under the kitchen sink (a hard-to-find leak), and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. He was fantastic from the beginning to the end, and I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone. Andy knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. He showed up on time with all the right tools and materials, ready to get the job done. What I liked most was how careful and thorough he was. He took the time to figure out exactly what needed fixing and explained it all to me in plain language. Then, he got to work and did a great job, even when he ran into unexpected problems. As for the quality of his work, it was top-notch. The plumbing is working better than ever. Andy made sure everything was in top order before he left, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Andy for any plumbing work.

I would also highly recommend Andy. He is very professional, reliable and a skilled worker. We needed some tricky work to do with our skirting boards, door thresholds and boxing in a pipe that Andy was able to sort out without any problem. He also has done some and painting and decorating for us; the finish was done to such a high standard!

Hi all, Looking at installing a brand new kitchen. What's people's opinions on and experiences with kitchens from B&Q and Wickes? Are they any good in terms of quality? Any info would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Another recommendation for Andy. Asked him back again to carry out some repairs, including replacing door threshold strips and a bathroom sink tap. As ever, he is punctual, perfect communication and gets the job done within given timeframe. Cannot fault him or his work.

I have recommended Andy before and am recommending him again! There were a few external and severe leaking pipes at the side of our property. Andy carried out the necessary repairs thoroughly and quickly without any complication. His reliability and communication is flawless.

Asked Andy to do some works on a rental property after using him before. Needed a new bathroom that included installing a new bath suite, building a partition shower wall, tiling and decorating. He completed the job without any hassle and within the agreed timeframe. All reasonably priced and a fantastic finish.

I would like to recommend Andy who came to my rental property for repairs. The jobs entailed sealing the bathtub, hanging pictures, putting together flat-pack furniture and decorating. He is a pleasure to deal with, reasonable prices, professional and extremely skilful in his trade. I will definitely be using him again.

Good point, robbin! I was only asking if the market was open as I have family down for Christmas, and we all want to have a low-key Christmas for few days. Hence, the market will be ideal to escape the household madness for an hour or so! But apparently, according to MD, I need to get a life! I suggest if the market is open on Boxing Day, MD should pop down and tell all the market-goers to "get a life". Or perhaps not as it's an easier option to hide one's face on the forum!

Thanks for the info, Bluerevolution!

Hi all, Just wondered if anyone knew if the North Cross Road Market will be open on Boxing Day (being a Saturday)?

Thank you so much for your reply! That's really useful!

Does anyone know of any puppy schools in the ED area?

Thanks so much for the advice! Really useful! Have carried out a fair amount of research online and nothing mentioned some points above, so a big thank you!
