Buy some rump steak. Cut it into thick slices. Immerse in teriyaki sauce and marinade for a few hours. Cook over very hot coals for a minute-or-so. Pile up on a large plate & pass round as tasty finger food. It never fails - trust me! Enjoy.

Brilliant! It's the juxta-irony I love - the London Mayor, seen by many as a loveable buffoon, being a representative for the host city of the greatest sporting event on the planet. It made me smile :) HURRAH! (Granted, I did then pop my headphones back in and returned to my musical world...).

A member of staff @ M&S in the City today told my wife that she's considering 'transferring to the new M&S in East Dulwich when it opens later this year'. Has this application been approved??
