I posted my goddaughters birthday card and Christmas card on December 1st(and other cards) She messaged me to thank me for them, they both arrived Christmas Eve, her birthday is the 10th. I also haven't received any Christmas cards this year from friends and family. Absolutely shambolic service by Royal Mail,

I think they have lifted the restriction in multi purchsing.
-
yes this happened to us. I was informed that there are new/temp crew members who are not used to the rounds so we must make sure our bins are in plain sight i.e outside the gate, on the wall, on top of your other bins.Thankfully Ours was collected this week.
-
My bin is by the gate as usual, mystery???anyway I managed to report it online today.Hopefully it wont be too pongy by the time they come.
-
Thanks, I tried last week but the page wouldnt load, so I thought I'd just wait for them to collect this week. I will try it again tomorow.
-
Our brown food bin has not been emptied today(2nd week running)has this happened to anyone else, has their been a change to the service? Thanks

My son was due to have a tooth removed before lockdown and had a temporary seal put in place, which has now come out and he has started to experience pain. H e has tried to manage it himself and yesterday called 111 for some advice. He has been effectively triaged over the phone and given advice but informed that unless he has any swelling to the face he will not be able to seek emergency treatment at this time. Sorry to hear you are suffering too, fingers crossed for a better solution.

when you collect click and collect food you park near the designated area(think its near the nursery) you wait til your van turns up at your time slot so there might be a small group waiting for the same van.
-
Wow!shortest queue ive seen. about 10 people.
-
Unfortunately, some customers are browsing other departments, then moving on to food shop, in between making and taking phonecalls, having a chat with someone they bump into etc so the longer they take instore, the longer the wait outside. At the beginning of lockdown people were keen to get in and get out,but lately more people seem to be wandering up and down the aisles.

If you are collecting from argos you have to queue now with everyone else as the policy has recently changed, about a week ago.

you an use cash at the self service checkout, and there is someone to help if you need it, as I did. I paid cash at kiosk/customer service too when I got my neighbours lottery.
