Thanks for the link, but it doesn't help in anyway. The idea is to get the signs removed as I see no reason for the left turn to not be allowed. It is safer

Does anyone have any ideas why the left turn from Randlesdown Rd to Franthorne Way for Billingham Trading estate is not allowed ? My mother got a ticket for going there the other day. I cannot seems to see a valid reason for it being there, but they had a camera van parket on it and were giving out tickets. DOes anyone know what the procedure is to get rid of the restriction ?
