Thanks! Unfortunately he's nearly 3, but STH is sending us a new red book with some of the measurements. And I can get the immunisation records from his GP. Just sad to have lost all those measurements and health visitor records. :(

Florence Pub in Herne Hill does. We were in there today and they were very nice to us when my son's diaper bag was stolen. They had a half dozen dogs, all well-behaved.

We had our diaper bag nicked at the Florence Pub in Herne Hill at 1.11 pm today. The guy was seen on CCTV sliding it off the back of the chair and putting it over his shoulder and leaving. The pub has reported it to the police, but we are upset that the bag has my son's red book in it. Please please if you see a red book for 'Philip Coffman' or a discarded black Mamas and Papas bag, pm me and I'll come get it! It has all his baby measurements and other records in it so we're very keen to get it back. Thanks, Maris

I was a fellow from 2008-2014 of the same Cambridge college as GG. Though it was before my time, there was a very unpleasant episode where she was extremely unkind to a transsexual fellow (outing this person to the Torygraph). I don't think for a moment this is a matter of principle with her. It's a strangely personal obsession and while I think she has a right to say whatever she wants (and I think the students probably overreacted with their petition), she is not only outrageously abrasive, but also unapologetic when she behaves in ways that are deeply and unnecessary hurtful to individuals. She's scarcely the victim here.

I found them to be fine, if a bit harried and over-worked. Dr Iqbal is very good, nice bedside manner, especially with babies. I take my son (6 months) there for routine shots, check-ups, etc. We have AXA PPP as a family so I don't use them for anything serious on the paediatrics side, but they have processed NHS referrals (endocrinology, orthopaedics) in a timely way for me as an adult patient. They didn't do a great job on a paperwork enquiry from Legal and General, but they're fine in person. So it's swings and roundabouts. But look, the real issue (and I'm happy to say it as an American expat) is that they deal with a much broader section of the population than many of the Dulwich surgeries that cater almost exclusively to middle class patients. If that bothers you, then by all means find one that will jolly you along. But if that doesn't bother you and you recognise the NHS is a public good (and are willing to go private if you require added attention), then they're much, much better than the average London GP. Most of the people who complain about them, in my view, seem to be expecting private care on the public purse and are annoyed when they don't get that.

Except don't complain at Sylvester Road. I eventually complained to the Royal Mail directly by phone through their website when we were getting post only three days a week (the guy was too lazy to do his round properly), and was told that complaints to the sorting depots never go anywhere. You need to ring the RM directly and complain and log it, and they'll hold the manager responsible for investigating. Otherwise, it won't get logged and will just be met with a shrug!

I am interested in viewing it, but I didn't get a call back from the estate agents so I went around to see the property from the outside and the postman told me it was definitely occupied as of 10 August. Those photos have been up since the original listing in the spring. So someone is living in the house.

Thanks very much for the thoughts here. I think I share the view about what's causing the dampness (i.e. the flat roof and a botched or badly executed loft installation), and, of course, the property is not worth ?1.2 in its current condition. But it really turns on the structural survey. And yes, the garden is scarcely deserving of the term. As for who is living there/possibly squatting it, I guess it might be worth pressing Foxtons on that. I can mention what the postman and neighbours have said, and if they still maintain it's empty....

When 52 sqm 2BR flats in SE22 are fetching ?400-?450k, it's hard to argue that this is necessarily overpriced. And they've lowered the price twice so presumably are open to offers. I'm just trying to make sure it's not being squatted and also to understand if anyone knows what happened, i.e. flood or something similar. Thanks, Maris

I don't think they have moved out, from the postman was saying, in that he said last week he was pretty sure people lived there. But Foxtons, which has had that listing for a while, is posting photos of the inside that look like there is really significant water damage and suggest it is scarcely inhabitable. Hard to reconcile, unless the owners are living in extremis.

Does anyone know where to get the Men B vaccine privately in London? The NHS apparently only offers it to babies born after 1 May 2015 and my baby was born in mid-April. We have AXA PPP but I would be happy to pay privately.
