    Juicers

I have a "cheap centrifugal one" and my dry pulp is VERY dry!
  3. I too have been hearing this bus for days now. This morning I was in LL when it passed me at some speed (although it may have been exaggerated by the very loud noise) as it passed the Mag, going uphill. Ten minutes or so later, on the flat, it was quite quiet. It is Abellio 9449 LJ09CCY if anybody can be bothered to follow it up.
  4. So, which one drew the wrath of the Council? Was it Franklins, Mrs Robinson, or the Fabric shop? They're all still there this morning. We must be told!
  5. I hope you are only paying the domestic 5% VAT tariff? If you use a large amount of gas you may be charged at 20% as a commercial customer! Please check following your comment about high VAT
  6. Twenty years plus ago, there was a butcher shop somewhere near the small charity shop in Lordship Lane. My wife bought some beef mince and when she got it home found that some of it had FUR on it! She took it back and the butcher refused to do anything about it. I called the council who, really quickly, bought their own mince, had it analysed and found it was rabbit and beef mixture Butcher was prosecuted but I can't remember the outcome.
  7. Burbage, looking at your map it would appear that, horror of horrors, we are in NORTH DULWICH. Please tell me I'm wrong?
  8. Robert Glenister (Hustle) was walking past Iceland earlier this week. He drove off in a new BMW X5.
  9. Service washes every day. Except Bank Holidays, self service. Mon to Sat 8am to 8pm Sun 9am to 8pm. Closed Christmas day and Boxing day.
  10. Marmora Man I believe that the dog with "the runs" is more likely to be a fox.
  11. It was a Ford car dealer and petrol station
  12. How about the site of The Vale pub?
  13. Door hinge can be used as a rhyme for orange
  14. 185 to Victoria then 52 to Exhibition Road.
  15. Bill Coe's number is 0208 693 5932
  16. This sounds remarkably similar to a man who used to live in the Landcroft Road area. The "dirty little pervert" was the giveaway One of his specialities was to ride his bicycle in front of moving cars and scream abuse at the drivers that he forced to a stop. Haven't seen him for about 3-4 years, but it sounds like he's back.
  17. If you are really interested in this, today is their Open Day from 1pm to 7pm
  18. It might be good but it's certainly NOT just around the corner from Honor Oak Station!
  19. I had to go via the M4 and Hammersmith flyover last week. Flyover is now open for cars, one lane only each direction. I had no problems.
  20. Your link to catinfo was really interesting as we are going to try with our three cats. Does anybody in East Dulwich (or elsewhere) feed their cats raw food and what are the changes to their health?
  21. Warning. Today I had to go to Elm Park in Brixton. A CPZ From 11am to Noon Monday to Friday, has been in operation for about 3 years. This week it has changed to 8.30 to 6.30 AND has been extended for a considerable distance. I know this is in Lambeth, but this proposed CPZ WILL creep.
  22. 20mph Average speed cameras have been in operation around Tower Bridge for some years!
  23. A neighbour of mine refuses to use the Coinstar machine because of the 8.9% charge. He uses the self service checkouts and pays with small change.
  24. The Launderette opposite the Mag on Lordship Lane will do just what you want.
