Yes! I love Insanity. My husband and I have done the whole thing a few times and still do some of the work outs as one-offs. It's hard when you start and hard when you finish. If you push yourself, it's hard at every level of fitness. Can't get a better workout at home than this. You can do it! Some days I dreaded it to start and then was glad I finished. Everyone in the video takes a break at some point in the workout. Just do what you can, take a break and keep going! You can do it! Dig deeper! You can tell I've seen a lot of Shaun T (and Tanya). I'd also recommend t25 - it's Shaun T's 25 min workouts. I tried Asylum but it requires more equipment and coordination then I have!
