  1. Oh i had a dreadful encounter with a large rat, 2 weeks ago. It was rummaging around the grass in Peckham Rye Park , near the stream. As soon as i crossed the little bridge, its beady eyes clocked my every movement! I've never been so scared in a longtime - its was a very large rat, with dirty grey fur and big black/yellow eyes. I walked away as fast as i could. I'm sure it could have easily taken down a small child.
  2. I think some very valid points were made by certain persons.HAPPYPUPPY your story and comments were appreciated i'm sure by others. BellendenBelle - your negative spiteful comments were not! keep out of the forum if you have nothing but cruel, spiteful and negative comments about other users. Your not appreciated or wanted on here.
  3. Unfortunately a few dog owners are lazy and just dump their dogs excrement anywhere, worse still, they allow their dogs to excrement wherever and never pick it up! One should really have confronted the dog owner in question and reprimanded them.
  4. Sorry to hear about your bike thefts. It must have been an unpleasant and awful experience. Burglars these days don't seem to stop at anything, and nothing seems to put them off, if their determined enough. I do hope they get caught and sent to prison.
  5. Thats unfortunate and sorry to hear about your burglary. I have seen quite a few black boys in hoodies hanging around the area, i'm not sure if that is connected to any of the burglaries. But i shall stay vigilant and keep my eyes open to any suspicious movements.
  6. Unfortunately there were a few break-ins in the neighbourhood over the festive period, mainly due to not securing properties properly. I have had CCTV installed inside my house and can watch goings on in my home while i am away on holiday.
