  2. the shop next to Greggs was a really good ladies underwear shop, can't remembers it's name now but it had sweet young ladies who would help with fitting bras properly and I know friends who will miss that shop sorely. Why anyone would want to target that particular shop I really couldn't say.

  4. Koruso! the Southwark Community Choir We have just started our new term (last Thursday) and continue tomorrow evening from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at The Learning Centre, Cator Street, Peckham, SE15 6AA. These premises are wheel-chair accessible. No audition is necessary although our Musical Director may voice test you. We will be working towards our first performance; a Pop-Up Choir event, the brainchild of our founder co-ordinator, Michael Cleere - for more details please go to our website, URL above. We are also planning a Winter Concert, for early December. If you would like to join us and be coached by Andrea Brown, Director of Music at Morley College, then please do. It doesn't matter if you don't think you have a good voice, the main thing is enthusiasm and the desire to make a great sound with others. You may surprise yourself! The first session is a taster and free, thereafter the fee is just ?30 (?15 concession) for a 12 week term (that's less than ?3 per week). It really does raise your spirits to sing in an enjoyable unpressured atmosphere - come on and give it a go!!
