  1. Perfect condition https://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-miles-led-flush-ceiling-light-white/p3473408
  2. Barely used and in new condition.
  3. Signed & numbered edition in 83x63cm frame. Frame has some scratches on bottom edge.
  4. https://uk.russellhobbs.com/quiet-super-steam-generator-pro-24460 Unwanted gift from a couple of years ago. Really good but barely used since we never iron anything!
  5. Works perfectly except the timer stops within the last 30 seconds or so rather than on zero, so not that accurate. Update: Tested this a few times and actually and seems to be working perfectly now.
  6. B&Q Classic Oak Natural. Very small amount used from pack.
  7. Piotr and his team just completed our ensuite and we couldn’t be happier. They were a lovely team to have around and took great care with protection and clean-up every day. Communication was great and there were no nasty surprises with the final invoice despite a few challenges with the room along the way. The standard of work is incredible. We still can’t believe this room is in our house!
  8. 40 x 50mm
  9. Left over from recent refurb. Wooden shelf, glass shelf, cup holder and towel rail.
  10. B&Q Classic Oak Natural. Very small amount used from pack.
  11. 35 x 45 x 15mm
  12. Hey. Yeah, it works. It's a black and white 1978 model so you're not going to be able to plug an HDMI into it though! Could feed modern(ish) sources via an RF modulator or connect a Freeview box with an RF output, but it's basically a prop these days.
  13. Thank you both. That's really helpful. Will see if we have the budget left next year when we've finished some other work on the house, but would love to do this.
  14. Very recently purchased but no longer required
  15. Has anybody on here got any experience of covering a flat roof with sedum trays? We have a GRP (fibreglass) flat roof above our ground floor rear extension that would be suitable for this, but it's immediately below our rear bedroom window, so wondering if we might end being plagued with insects when the window is open in the summer. Also worried it might get damaged by pigeon poo and/or turn into a cat toilet, since there's lots of passing traffic!
  16. We could not be happier. Brian and Malachi were wonderful to have around the house while they were working. The result is 5 star and with Brian's direction the route we took was better than what we had planned. We love the look of our house it has totally changed the feel of the property and transformed it into a house we are proud of. Thank you so much for your great work. Not one hitch and felt really taken care of from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough.
  17. Apologies, I forgot to hit follow on this thread so I’ve just seen your kind responses. He was in bad shape after a fight, but a week of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories sorted him out and he’s back to his old self now!
  18. Happy to say that (a very bruised and battered) Max dragged himself in this evening.
  19. Max disappeared 24 hours ago which is very unusual since he never misses a meal! He normally hangs out between Hindmans Road (where we live) and Crystal Palace Road. We’re worried that he might be injured and stuck in someone’s garden, so please let us know if you see him. Many thanks, Tom & Coralie
  20. Kyjah helped us transform our outdoor area last year and we're really happy with the results. He was friendly and hard-working and we would gladly recommend him.
  21. Ah thanks Spartacus! He?d be very welcome if our own cat would allow it. Glad he?s got a home though.
