Really don't know but I doubt it... this was bordering on a medical miracle yes do use buses, tubes and trains. Car boot - golf hatchback Prefer to fold up yes Thank you all for your input -
I've been tasked with finding the right stroller and push chair for when the new arrival comes. I've read all on-line blurb on what I should be buying and why but does anyone have any real user based feedback on bugaboo, quinny, mamas n papas (and the rest) conundrum please? Have tall house so it's impossible to avoid stairs for even the most basic of activities and slimish doorway. Is 3 wheel really the way forward?

It won't pass and you will be thankful for it! You'll be buying full back catalogue soon. Agree with Sean - maybe try on of the "Best of 81-85" ... you may be surpised how many you know! Don't fight it..

Think Lee Dixon said he could play in the United Defence .... that was the level to which they were troubled at that point. I think the Chelsea Arsenal game could not have been better timed... Arsenal to pull their finger out and United have a damn good 8 days with Chelsea losing the points and game in hand!

thanks malcomio - sounds interesting but linky no worky :( -
Calling all cyclists Looking for some good routes from South London and in a loop for around 40 miles and taking in some scenery of sorts so a bit of Thames, maybe Greenwich and beyond. Done bits of Regent Canal to death as well as going west along the Thames so heading eastish... Finding all sorts of rubbish on Mapmyride etc but any routes that anyone would recommend?

Have ordered one from ebay for ?30 ... the hard drive recorder is about ?150 so I'll see what realtime viewing does... otherwise will invest next week. I've told all staff that they know the risk exists and they must keep all money on their person. If they now come to me moaning that money has been taken then they might end up getting a shoulder shrug or 2. Whilst I'm determined to get to the bottom of this they also need to be helping themselves. Thanks all

They all have contracts with 3 month extendable probation. To be honest the industry we are in makes the contracts not quite unenforeable but historically contracts have never bene in place... if someone needs to work their notice then you are at the mercy of their understanding of moral obligations rather than what the contract says

Since writing this post we've now had an altercation out in the street between to women - getting ugly! Whilst I have my suspiciones when I look at the times this persons works and when the money goes missing it is incinsistent and therefore it looks lik ethere are multiple offenders. I can't charge staff for the lockers, we as a company need to ensure safe and secure working conditions. There is some sort of espionage/spy "shop" not far from our site so I may see what they can suggest on a budget - thanks Ann. I can't use money dye or anything like that as it's personal money in people pockets not money we are locking in a safe.
-
I've had enough! As if running your own business isn't difficult enough, for the last 6 months we have had money go missing regularly from the coat pockets, handbags and wallets of staff in the staff room. Without spending money I don't particularly want to spend money on CCTV or or on small personal lockers in an already cluttered and small staff room (which also cost a fair whack) I'm struggling to think of a way to stop this happenning. I have my suspicions as to who it is but they are essentially unfounded. Has anyone had this issue in their business or company and found a deterrent or a way to catch the little sh1t? I can't stand theft.... whether it's my stock or stealing from a colleague it's just not on! Just had a meeting with them all and tempted to make them empty their pockets but I think this could end up nasty and out of control. If anyone can help please let me know.

In prep for some mammoth trek a few years back I was told to use surgical spirit on my feet to harden them up. Never tried it but it's an option. Maybe a myth but worth a try.

The future is definitely a mixed bag and a major part is nuclear. From what I understand the UK is already way behind in the development and creation of the new powerstations; the companies due to build these are experiencing problem after problem on other sites outside of the UK, therefore pusing out lead times considerably. If you look at order books for the uranium enrichment firms out there, some are having to up their capacity by building new facilities to cater for this global demand (not just UK). I admit I know v little about windfarms. Have the huge Spanish wind farms been a success to any degree? Tidal/wave technology looks to be a no brainer but why is this not being pushed? Why are are we so slow to act on this? Or am I just not aware of how many wave farms we have?

Anything can happen on a Friday ... no plans just go out after work and see what happens! Saturdays are usually too regimented with someone having actually arranged to do something or go somewhere. Saturdays can also be a bit of a ballache as you may be dealing from that Friday night!

Love the Woolpack but never eaten in there... def worth a go I'd say!

Is this a special lunch or just fancy eating in the area? Roast & Brindisa & El Vergel all good options depending on what you are doing. There is a place called Champoh Champoh hidden in the roads by Guys but think it smore of an evening thing. Steer clear of The Garrison on Bermondsey street - great setting but at Palmerston prices and half the quality you'll feel like you've been worked deep. The Garrison's other eatery further down Bermondsey street is not so bad - East Village for burgers etc...

Sorry but Liverpool at the Britannia stadium - I just don't see it
