    Sorry, didn't finish in time to pop in for a drink. Next time. Re juice fast, check out this video of a 4o year old Aussie, who had health/weight issues and decides to go on a 60 day juice fast.... It will blow you way!

    Who are you going to call? I am somewhat sceptical of these things, but my daughter's school friend lived in a house in Forest Hill, where the Mother and 2 daughters saw a ghosty. The Mother, who is I believe sound of mind, saw it first and didn't say anything to the children, but both children said they saw a woman at the end of the bed.. The Father never saw it. Do Ghosts exist? I don't know, I think not, but I may be wrong.

    Hi. All I used to be a worrier. I was brilliant at it. I learned how to be rubbish at it! I worked in the mental health field, then trained first as a counsellor and then as a Hypnotherapist, and have learned a lot about beating anxiety. I am happy to share some concepts that others have found helpful and will give you some ideas about beating anxiety/worry. Let me know if you are interested. Simon

    Hi Mr M Check out CV travel, they do amazing properties all over, I used them for a budget holiday in Southern Spain, would def use them again for other parts of Europe. Happy holidaying! Simon

    Had mice in one place, if you dont kill 'em, they breed. Traps with biscuits and peanut butter were good. Poison can result in them dying, rotting and smelling under your floorboards. At one point had a cat in the house, but it was too well fed, and if you cut back their food rations, they leave in disgust!
