Just been there - 2/3 of the shelves empty I fail to see any real change or progress made at all, apart from lots of sneaky price rises - many of which 20-30%!

The classified & events sections are incredibly useful & I have benefitted from the kindness & generosity of several people here, and managed to save computer equipment from the dump which I continue to use on a daily basis, including the keyboard I'm typing on now, which I'd otherwise not be able to afford. It's absolutely the right decision, am 100% behind you admin. Just as those sections are in-line with the spirit of this wonderful area, your decision will hopefully act as a nudge to those who still think it's OK to gather together in this most difficult of times. I'd also just like to thank you for keeping this forum going, imho ED has become a far better place because of it :)

You,,You do realise that you're asking people to travel from ED to Nunhead, coming into contact with others on the way, to spend prolonged periods of time in contact with others? Totally goes against all reason & official advice. Kindly consider what you are thinking & desist being part of the problem.

Teenagers & workmen hacking up phlegm & spitting it everywhere, a disgusting bald white guy walking down Frogley road with Marks bags yesterday openly sneezing onto people without a care in his scumbag mind, people from all backgrounds coughing into their hands or just openly on the bus then using the same hand to hold onto the rail & press the button... Despite the supposedly major increase of ABC1's into the area post-90s, the behaviour on show daily makes it clear why the figures are high.

My wife is diabetic, as are many in this area, by stripping the shelves of fresh & healthy eating options these dirtbags are putting her long term health in danger along with others with the same condition. What little faith I had in people is now long gone. May they all burn in hell for all eternity!

The number of people spitting on the streets of ED has always disgusted me, mostly those in their late teens guilty of it. To see it still happening and within a few feet or less of others both on LL and the side roads around Goose Green in the current crisis is just unbelievable. If Sainsburys limited all goods this wouldn't happen. People going there like locusts from miles away from the morons boasting there the last few visits to the store. Last night there were entire aisles 90%+ empty. As someone struggling on benefits & with a wife who is immunocompromised the disgusting behaviour by people makes me just so angry & disappointed. Even cat food is being targeted now :(

We got provided with one I guess on the judgment of the refuse collectors alone. I thought they'd left an extra one by accident initially so left it outside our house, but it was emptied & returned & has been ever since October.

Maybe he was unwell? Under a huge amount of stress & needed a while to just stop? Perhaps he was suffering from depression & not processing things "normally", maybe he'd suffered a loss, ever consider those possibilities?
