  1. Generally 1.2m for a side extension, but we had to go down to 1.6m as there was concern the tree next door would drink too much water from the ground and affect shallower foundations
  2. Any plans for the vacated pharmacy on lordship lane? It?s a big space with it all opened up. The Sogim relocation over the road looks great - really hope it works out for that team.
  3. I?m assuming that?s not to warm the pool...!
  4. Thank Cod for Ken. Ken?s is featuring on a Netflix?s show about Fish & Chips in summer 2020 (no word of a lie)
  5. We loved it - my daughter and I watched from our loft (obviously, it?s East Dulwich) and enjoyed every minute
  6. Rotherhithe tunnel every time
  7. This is abhorrent. 68% of people voted against. against. AGAINST. Southwark or London wasn?t afforded special dispensation when we voted AGAINST Brexshit. Councellor James Barber - you?re a sensible bloke, what?s your thoughts?

The space was a little large for what?s needed, so hope this right sizing better aligns on affordability and business success
  9. How can such an anti-democratic decision stand? East Dulwich ward chose no CPZ.
  10. Done - the value drivers of sport and music are intrinsically linked, but though the ad shows diversity (good), it?s creative is predictable
  11. Place name: Borington?
  12. Is this a real opinion, or one just to stir the pot. Either way, it makes zero sense Humdinger Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Hi guys, > > Is anyone else really fed up with the emergency > services speeding down LL with their sirens > blazing? 13. If you?re not a customer you shouldn?t park there - agree to that
  14. With the service in that place, I?m surprised they have customers to lose
  15. Same food, same furniture, new front. Booooo!
  16. Sweet, sticky, stodgy westernised chinese food - hope the menu gets a revamp with something more modern than the 1980s appeal they have today
  17. Girders. Please say it?s not Costa....
  18. Nice!!!

  20. There?s a big leak on LL lane close to where you are
  21. Pellatt Road is great. Lots of young families and hosts the best street party in Dulwich each summer.
  22. I?d take wahaca (or similar) or a decent chinese (whose sauces can not be used as adhesive) any day of the week
  23. Was this necessary? It was clearly a dream of theirs, they love it, let them enjoy it.
