The White Horse is not open on Xmas day. (someone suggested in here) I drive so I can go to Chinatown or Edgware road, but was looking for a festive dinner :-)

Not really Sue. It's just that I am hosting a friend from abroad who wanted to eat out. I guess we will eat in and it will be fine. By the way Le Chardon still has spaces, and it's ?52, so will consider it.

Yes, I was wrong about WGT, I thought the price is for Christmas day. The Plough is already fully booked (?55 ahead) - I have a feeling now that most places will be fully booked, and I thought I'm starting to look too early...

Thank you guys! It's very helpful. I see that the "Watsons General Telegraph" has a very good price offer. All the rest are around ?65 a head, which is far too much for me. The Nun's head is not open for lunch on Xmas day, and The Clockhouse didn't update their website yet.

Can anyone recommend a nice and not too expensive pub/restaurant that opens for lunch/dinner on Christmas day in East Dulwich and the area? Thanks! Limor
