Thank you both for your help! I have now spoke to someone who is coming to fit it. I can't believe I didn't know that this was a necessity.

This sounds pathetic but I've never had a brand new oven. My new gas oven has arrived today with no pipe attached to the back! Do I need an electrician or a plumber? Or is it possible to do the job myself. Huge thanks for your help/advice in advance.

I'm not sure about the drain unblocker I do put bleach down mine now and again. Mines been out of action over a week now! My pumps broken and the shower technician has left me today saying the pumps out of their jurisdiction and I need to get an electrician! More trouble than its worth! My friend has 6 under 7! She has a lot of help from her father but just wow! It will be hard to begin with but I hunk routine is the key. I've got 5 but they're spread out from 18 years to a 16 month old. Although I often wonder how lovely it would be now if they were closer in age me and the hubby could go away together. Our drain became blocked with hair and the plumber advised me to put a stocking (Or similar) under the large cover. It's a nuisance as we have to mop up after every use.

I agree 100% that a cat is the best deterrent for mice but as 2 of my children are severely allergic to them I am stumped with the continuity of paying for pest control. Good luck with keeping yours at bay!

I have had experience with both hospitals and their surgery departments. Lewisham day surgery and Evelina was a more severe surgery so we were there a week. Both were genuinely excellent but I found Evelina, as they are geared towards children as a whole hospital a better environment for my daughter. If I had a choice I'd pick Evelina but to have to wait 5 months longer I just don't think it's worth it and I personally would be happy to choose Lewisham. Good luck!
