Hi, I was wondering if anyone was interested in meeting up during the day or in the evening for a regular walk around Peckham Rye - My walking has become quite slow and I need motivation to walk faster! Perhaps incorporating some stretching exercises as well. Quite happy to walk in other places as well. Also are there any keep fit classes in the open - can?t do military fitness. Thanks.

Hi there, A friend and I will be driving to Exeter this weekend. Just wondering if it is better to trek across London to get on M4 or is it possible to connect with M4 somewhere along M3. Or is it better staying on M3, A303 etc. If anyone has any other routes or ideas do shout. Thanks.

Hi, I have had several flare up recently which have lasted longer than normal and loathe taking pain killers but really need to do something to address this since even walking is proving difficult. Have any of you good people in ED found anything naturally that has helped and also roughly how long it has taken to kick in? Has a change of diet helped? I don?t eat red meat but do eat salmon and chicken. Thanks in advance and have a good weekend.

The temperature has not got above freezing - I was wondering what is happening with people who are homeless/rough sleepers? Hoping they are being put up in vacant hotels - last time, govt mentioned getting them out of cold - even for a few days. Not heard anything this time.

Virgin is a nightmare to leave - make sure you get them to send you a box to return all the eqipment or you wil be charged and email confirmation of termination. Yes, you need to notify them yourself. The only good point is in view of current situation, giving you a month to return their equipment which from memory you leave at a courier collection point of which there are several in ED. I have been with Plusnet and have had no problems. Never got the speed that Virgin promised.

I used Paul today and can highly recommend him - will definitely use him again. He is allowed to work in lockdown and wears a mask and social distance is taken strictly.
