until2025 Setting Positive Intentions Through Transformational Breathwork For April’s sessions, we will be starting things slightly differently. The focus will be on setting a clear intention before moving into the circular, connected, conscious breath. This will provide an opportunity to hone in on emotions that you’d like to explore and release. We'll begin with grounding, stretching, and tuning into the sensations of our bodies. This moment allows us to become more aware of how we are truly feeling, offering us a rare opportunity to simply be. For many, this is a crucial time to pause and check in—paying attention to the body, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We’ll then shift into a short meditation to help you focus on your intention, whether it’s something you bring with you or something that arises naturally during the session. Giving yourself the space to connect with what it is you’d like to work on during the breathwork will help keep it in your mind as we move forward. Whether your intention is about letting go, moving forward, creating new energy, or manifesting a specific wish or desire, you’ll have the chance to set this intention as a focal point throughout the session. That said, the breath may take you on an unexpected journey, and that’s perfectly okay! The beauty of breathwork lies in trusting where it leads you, and it’s a powerful opportunity to flow with the process, embracing what is right for you in the present moment. Each session is unique, offering something different every time. The openness we cultivate can bring profound clarity, purpose, and joy. Exams can be a particularly stressful time for teenagers, and I offer one-on-one sessions specifically designed to support students through this challenging period. With a focus on managing stress and anxiety, I guide teenagers through a range of practical techniques that can be applied before, during, and after exams. In our sessions, we explore: Breathing techniques to help them stay calm and focused, especially when anxiety arises. Coping strategies to manage feelings of overwhelm and stress, ensuring they have tools to regain control during intense moments. Positive affirmations to build self-confidence and maintain a positive mindset throughout the exam period. Relaxation techniques to unwind and release tension, providing much-needed mental and physical rest. My goal is to create a supportive and calming environment where teenagers feel equipped to face their exams with confidence and ease. untilStrategies for managing menopause naturally Belinda will be explaining how to initiate a natural approach to managing menopause, emphasising the significance of lifestyle adjustments and decisions. She will be sharing resources on how to alleviate certain menopausal symptoms, fostering a sense of empowerment among participants. You will gain a better understanding on how to use nutrition and dietary choices to improve menopause symptoms. untilTransformation Breathwork Experiences are very different for each person. There may be a sense of light, joy or tears; it really does vary from person to person. Whenever I've attended as a participant rather than guided the session I have found the experience very grounding, each time it has left me feeling incredibly grateful and calm. Some people may have physical sensations, these could be from feeling hot, cold, tension in the hands. Again these really do vary from person to person. I will talk through all of this at the beginning of the session and answer any questions you may have. You don't need any experience at all to take part in the session. The focus is on deep inhales and exhales through the mouth whilst laying on the floor listening to music. It is quite physical, I will give you lots of encouragement to keep breathing along with lots of supportive words of encouragement, the music will keep you going! You really do get out of the session what you put in, it's a pretty special experience. The session will be for a small group, be around 90mins, £35, in a small studio behind Push studios off Lordship lane, East Dulwich. It's important for me to create an environment where you feel totally comfortable and have the best possible experience and have an opportunity to release anything that has been sitting with you emotionally that you are ready to release. I'm delighted to announce our first local event following a break over the summer. I'm excited that this event will be a little different and something we haven't done before. I met the lovely Jane Sorrell at one of my workshops and instantly warmed to her and was super interested in finding our more about her work. Jane teaches tapping, something I didn't know much about. Tapping is a technique you can learn to use on yourself to help improve and balance your emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing. This workshop will be an opportunity to find out more about tapping and learn some practical ways that you can use this techmnique in your day to day lufe. Here's a little more information Jane Bliss Sorrell, Transformation Coach specialises in helping people improve and balance their emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing and create results in their physical life through tapping. Tapping helps people to uncover and heal the root cause of their issue in their unconscious beliefs.
