Walking my dog came across a man acting strangely, coming out of the bushes, thought nothing off it, carried on walking and saw him hiding in other bushes near the Piermont Green Entrance, then when I saw him, he scampered back into the bushes. I walk Peckham Rye every day and this just felt a bit off and odd. The main was wrapped up in a hooded blue short length puffer jacket and was wearing a beanie.
