Pinterest is great for speciality diet ideas and recipes including gluten free. I am grain, dairy and refined sugar free and have no problem finding alternatives and new ways to plan meals. It definitely takes a bit of getting used to but becomes second nature eventually. Good luck!

Hi James, I wrote some time ago and we discussed the radar speed sign at the top of Barry Rd. It has not been working for months in fact I think it stopped working last year. This is the only thing we have on Barry Rd to make people aware of their speed. I appreciate its a main bus route and that rules out speed bumps but there has to be something else that can be done to reduce the speed that some drivers do. Its scary sometimes how fast cars fly down the road. I have a 2 1/2 year old and it really concerns me that I don't feel safe walking down our road. The least that can happen is that the sign is repaired but it would be good to get a speed camera set up. Please, this is important for all the residence of Barry Rd. Thanks Ellie

Too pricey for a charity shop and the staff always seemed a bit peeved.

I live on Barry Rd and would be happy to provide pit stop items. Maybe set up a stall on the roadside and mop brows and take photos of drunk people running into cars. Cant wait.

Thank you for answering so promptly. I haven't noticed a particular time that is worse for speeding. I understand it is not practical for humps on Barry rd. There is a zebra crossing towards the church end which has a large hump, maybe its worth considering one more of these a bit further down? This would be a deterrent to speeders who didn't wish to get their car bottomed out and would be useful to have for general crossing purposes. Thanks again.

At the top of Barry Rd, library end, the 30mph sign that lights up when you drive past it has not worked for ages. Seeing as this is the only deterrent to speeders there is on Barry Rd can it be fixed? Or better still can there be some other form of speed reduction such as bumps to slow the traffic down. It's scary how fast cars drive down our road sometimes. Thanks
