  1. Hi everyone, Thank you all for the interest on here and via PM's. As much as we love the sound of a collective, I'm afraid we would prefer it to be used by one person as it was previously. Access is through our business and that must remain our number one priority and we need to keep disruption to the business to a minimum. I hope that is understandable. I will get back to the PM's as soon as I can All the best Mark
  2. Hi there, We have a shop in East Dulwich with a garden space that we just don't have the time to utilise which is a real shame with so many people short of outside space in London. I have posted on here before and the garden was used as an allotment by a local for a few years but they have now moved on. We would love this space to be used again and are offering it free of charge to anyone who feels they can make the most of it. Access would only be available during business hours but we are open 7 days a week. Please do get in touch if this may be of interest to you to discuss further. All the best Mark
  3. Hi all, thank you for your messages. Jacqui's response about allotments is an excellent one and is how this started in the first place. My friend was discussing putting on herself on a waiting list but it was going to be years. I told her we had a garden going to waste and why doesn't she use it instead of putting herself on the long list. A short time later I was enjoying fresh potatoes grown on North Cross Road. Very tasty they were too!! If anyone knows of anyone on a waiting list, please put them in touch. We have been contacted about using it by a local community group and although a fantastic idea, I'm afraid that we need it to go to an individual as it requires going through the shop and we need it to have as little disruption to the business as possible. I hope that is understandable.
  4. Hello forum users, We have a garden on North Cross Road that we are willing to give over to someone who is looking for some outside space. We are a shop and the garden is part of our premises but we just don't have the time to do it any justice. Until recently a friend started a small vegetable garden here but has had a baby so just doesn't have the time. Due to the recent wet and warm weather, it has become a little over grown. Access would be during working hours but should anyone be after something like this, then please make contact to discuss further. We aren't after any payment, we just would love to see this space used as it seems a real waste to have a garden over growing when there must be people out there who would love the use of a garden. Please pass on to anyone you feel may be interested.
