  1. Duh. I think I just made the same suggestion as ipool (or is it lolol)?!
  2. Isn't this just militant nimbyism? Wouldn't it be nice if I could move these pesky cars off my doorstep, doesn't matter where they go really. This being London and not rural Derbyshire for example it's population is steadily attracting more people and cars (although not on the southern stretch of Melbourne Grove according to the stats). Some people do speed and always will; although I've been quite impressed by the general acquiescence to the recently reduced speed limit. Blocking roads just means those people speed somewhere else and maybe go faster if they have to go further. Melbourne Grove is a fairly busy cut through but Blocking off roads seems extreme to me. What about making it 1 way from EDG to ashbourne grove?
  3. Seconded. If not. Which makes or suppliers should I avoid?
  4. We are selling our armsreach co-sleeper if you're interested. Its in really good condition. All the accessories. Its the larger size. Sleep is key, especially with 2nd baby, and we found that having baby right there meant less stumbling about in the dark and sleeping on the kids bedroom floor! 70 quid or fair offer. Pm me. Pic attached.
  5. Thanks for the suggestions, scooter returned
  6. My 2 yr old 'jacked' a microscooter from Derwent grove on 9th April. In his defence its identical to his brother's which he is very keen on. Mitigating circumstances, said brother turned up with a life threatening scratch on his arm (you may have heard the screams on Lordship lane). Respective guardians switched charges and, in the confusion, dear mother in law brought home the scooter assuming it was ours. If its yours please pm me with the colour and any distinguishing features/damage and I'll drop it round. This is also in lost/found but had no replies yet. http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?31,1499989

  8. Me again. Anyone got an idea how I can find the owner of this scooter? A kid somewhere will be missing it. Not sure the police will be interested and it doesn't feel right keeping it so I think we'll give it a couple of weeks in case of holidays then clean it up and put it in the charity shop.

  10. Hi Tommy I was drinking in the gowlett on Thursday night. Left at around 1 and walked down amott, adys then ondine. There were a group of 4-5 guys hanging around the school on adys road. I passed then at about 20m and was drunk so could not recognise them by sight but one definitely wore a white hoodie. If you reported it and please do then maybe there are some cameras around the school which might get some decent images. I don't presume they're involved but its possible.
