I have many examples of DVDs sent to me by Lovefilm via Royal Mail going missing. I don't have the reference numbers for royal mail complaints as everything is handled through Lovefilm. I will drop them a note with your contact details though,as this is a significant problem (they have threatened to close my account so many discs have gone missing) and they may wish to be involved. I'm glad its not just me experiencing problems! Thanks Clare
