It appears that someone or something has emptied this dog poo bin - there are dog poo bags strewn all over the road, sole burst open. Anyone know how to report this so it can be cleaned up? It?s been there for a few days now. More generally, I?ve noticed a recent increase in the amount of dog poo on e pavement around ED and the village. It?s getting really hard to avoid it when pushing a double buggy, whilst trying to steer a scooter-riding toddler away from it. Despite my best efforts today still managed to come back with one buggy wheel covered in it. Wish there were stricter fines in place - it?s a health hazard!
