i had urgent legal documents relating to my Father's recent death just disappear. Sender had paid for signed-for delivery, which seems to be a waste of money. Have complinaed but no response yet.

Have tried blocking obvious holes in wall, also a humane & a non-humane trap (baited with peanut butter) but (s)he still comes out from under the sofa when we're watching TV in the evening. That's not so bad, but yesterday (s)he ran up onto the sofa cushions - too close!

I anticipated such a response! Lying awake lIstening to the 2 people shouting for hours I did not feel it got to the point where external intervention would do them more good than harm.
