Vodaphone are very expensive and they tend to break always. I bought my Samsung with a discount from a giift card and it's my 2nd phone after Vodaphone.

Seriously that is not normal. But in some other countries that is normal. -
Middlesex is a forgotten county but I know there are lots of talented people within that are annoyed we have to class ourselves as just London.

Have you tried your sim card in another Vodaphone mobile or another VF sim in yours? If so do you still not get a signal? It is worth doing a hard reboot of the phone as that sometimes resolves signal problems.
