I've just had a text saying it's fixed, but I'm still out on NCR. Do you have to reboot everything?
-
I had the same a few months ago. It helped me to put deadline on things. If somebody agreed to pick something up, I'd say, if I don't hear back for you by xxxx I'll readvertise it, or give it to the next person interested. Worked a treat. Best of luck.

Just had a text from them. They're working on it and they're sorry. No estimated time when it will be back.

I called up Sky last weekend and threatened to leave muffins78 and they've reduced my monthly charge by 50%, with no reduction in service (rats aside). Give it a go.

Let us know what you find out please MichaelR88?

Oh phew I thought it was just me! Does anybody know whether it's being worked on, and whether we can claim compensation for this?

Royal Mail Sorting Office Closure Meeting..
JW replied to DulwichFox's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Did they say the best way to do this? I am keen to voice my concern, but I wanted to find out the best channel to do this through. Does anybody know? -
I bought my ticket in London Bridge with zero mention or tapping in at ED and I got a refund. Try.

Yep, my annual season last year for zones one and two was ?1,284.

I've just been notified that I will receive ?107 compensation for last year's strikes. I have an annual ticket, I applied independently on the Southern site. My ticket was an annual oyster gold card, and so Southern didn't contact me directly to say I was eligible. I'd recommend doing the same.

Where's the form to submit a claim, mentioned below please...? 17. How do I claim if I have an Oyster season ticket? Oyster season ticket holders who travel regularly on the Southern network are entitled to compensation. Where we can, we will contact customers proactively, however if you are not contacted but believe you are entitled to compensation you should go online and complete the dedicated claim form after this date. Oyster season ticket holders will need to provide a receipt showing the product type, validity dates, cost and zones covered which will need to be uploaded to the dedicated compensation webform (following a similar process to Delay Repay claims). Further details regarding your Oyster card can be found at: oyster.tfl.gov.uk/oyster. Checks will be carried out to verify that they are deemed a ?Southern customer? for the purpose of this compensation scheme, i.e. they have held a season ticket that started or finished at a Southern managed station and/or a reasonable portion of their journey was made using the Southern rail network. I'm struggling to find it.

Information request for help for homeless bereaved man
JW replied to Catherine W's topic in The Lounge
I used to volunteer at the foodbank in Peckham. They are closer to home and can direct him to bereavement counsellors. They are not open everyday but he won't need a referral if he's not getting a food parcel. Pecan 121a Peckham High Street, Peckham SE15 5SE OPENING TIMES Mon 11:30 - 13:30 Tue 10:00 - 13:00 Wed Closed Thu 14:00 - 17:00 Fri Closed Sat Closed Sun Closed I hope he gets all the support he needs. -
The strike is suspended, so one train an hour still instead of no trains. Lucky us!
-
Ha! I asked the same question on the survey. The phrasing of it is dreadful. I provided answers for both options. Hopefully they didn't mean something else entirely!
-
Thanks Sue, I got my letter today (still a bit irked to be honest!). But I've filled out the survey and will see what happens. Thank God for the EDF!
-
I live on NCR and haven't had a letter which is appalling.

Does anybody know how annual season ticket holders can claim? All the news reports suggest that they will contact us, but funnily enough, I have zero faith in this happening.

They should be able to reconcile these with their payments system.

Does anybody know how you can submit a claim? It's not very clear online and I want my money back!

I'm sorry for those of you affected by this. Just to let you know that you can claim compensation from your water company in situations like these. -
