I rarely post messages on forums but thought on this occasion I would as I have read so many bad reviews about Car Giant that I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I did purchase my car four years ago from car giant. It was a 2-year old Audi, a company car with low mileage and full history. We did have a good look around the car, and there may have superficial scratches, but it was exactly what it was meant to be. So fairly uneventful, but four years on, very happy with it. And I personally like the proposition of best possible value/large choice/no haggling/and now good web site. If I had just listened to the internet reviews back then, I would probably not have set foot there in the first place. On this occasion, I would subscribe to the view that only a tiny portion of customers reported on their experience... in the same way that people may not be blogging every day about their purchases at other sorts of supermarkets !
