I signed up with Gokay over a year ago and can't believe the difference in my fitness level and how my shape has changed. I wanted to shed my post pregnancy weight and get my fitness back and Gokay has helped me every step of the way. He is so encouraging and great at recognising when to push me and when I am really knackered after a baby night and so works more on strength and toning on those occasions rather than high cardio exercises. I really enjoy my sessions and can't recommend him highly enough.

If anyone is coming to Canada Water on their way to the marathon, be warned: today it is called Buxton Water.!

The Melbourne grove medical centre is much better than it used to be although you rarely get to see the same person twice and really have to push for an urgent appointment but once in they are not bad.

If you are thinking about buying some earphones, don't make the same mistake I recently made! Philips shq3017 are dreadful. I bought them from Decathlon and at ?20 which I know is cheap but you would expect to actually be able to hear something!!!The quality of the sound is appalling and muffled and I had to have my volume full up to hear anything. Don't bother and phillips should be ashamed of themselves.
